Trade Finance Analyst

PixelPro Agency is seeking a detail-oriented and analytically strong Trade Finance Analyst to join our finance team in Al Wakrah. This role supports international trade operations by analyzing trade finance transactions, ensuring compliance, and providing financial insights that strengthen working capital efficiency and risk management. The ideal candidate combines financial analysis skills with a solid understanding of trade finance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze trade finance transactions including letters of credit, guarantees, and collections
• Review trade documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with banking and contractual requirements
• Monitor import and export transactions and assess associated financial risks
• Support working capital management through efficient use of trade finance instruments
• Prepare reports on trade finance exposure, utilization, and performance metrics
• Coordinate with banks, clients, and internal departments to resolve transaction issues
• Assist in cash flow forecasting related to trade activities
• Ensure compliance with international trade finance standards and internal policies
• Contribute to process improvements in trade finance operations and reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience in trade finance, banking operations, or financial analysis
• Strong understanding of international trade finance instruments and procedures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation review
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in corporate banking or export/import finance environments
• Familiarity with SWIFT messaging and trade finance systems
• Knowledge of ICC rules such as UCP 600 and ISBP
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
