Facilities Finance Officer

FR Prime is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Facilities Finance Officer to join our finance and operations team in Al Wakrah. This role is responsible for managing the financial aspects of facilities operations, including budgeting, cost control, invoicing, and financial reporting related to maintenance and property services. The ideal candidate combines strong accounting skills with an understanding of facilities management finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor financial transactions related to facilities operations and maintenance
  • Prepare and track budgets for facility services, repairs, and operational expenses
  • Process invoices, vendor payments, and service contracts accurately and on time
  • Reconcile facility-related accounts and ensure proper cost allocation
  • Monitor expenses against budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports on facilities performance
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments for financial documentation
  • Support procurement and contract management with financial analysis
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
  • Assist in audits by providing accurate facilities-related financial records

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in finance, accounting, or facilities management support roles
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and expense tracking
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in facilities management companies, real estate, or corporate operations
  • Familiarity with maintenance budgeting and vendor management processes
  • Knowledge of IFRS or basic accounting standards
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment
