Job Description:

• Handle cash and financial transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring swift and secure payment processing.
• Provide friendly, professional, and engaging customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems with speed and accuracy, including processing sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with company standards.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, escalating when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth store operations.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling, safety, and loss prevention.
