Key Responsibility:
- Receive payments from drivers at the beginning of shifts and verify compliance with predetermined targets.
- Verify accuracy against the vehicle's daily revenue statistics.
- Provide operational receipts to each driver after completing the cash-handling process.
- Document and report any discrepancies encountered during shift changes.
- Perform reconciliation of the total daily cash takings.
- Update driver revenue records in the system.
- Collaborate with operations to conduct investigations related to driver cashiering issues.
- Financial / Ad-hoc reports and other tasks assigned by Supervisors / Finance Manager.
Qualification:
- Possess specialized training and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a preferably computerized environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and practical experience.
- Diploma or High School Level
- Preferably with previous experience in Finance in the transportation industry
- Demonstrate outstanding mental arithmetic skills.
- Consistently adheres strictly to company policies and procedures.
- Capable of effectively managing conflicts.
- Demonstrates organizational and time management skills.
