Cashier

Alira Restaurant & Café is looking for a professional and customer-focused Cashier to join our team in New Cairo.

We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, friendly, and able to handle transactions efficiently while maintaining a warm and welcoming attitude with guests.

Responsibilities:

• Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately
• Issue receipts and manage billing system
• Ensure correct pricing and discounts are applied
• Maintain clean and organized cashier area
• Coordinate with floor staff and management when needed
• Close daily cash reports and reconcile totals
• Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a cashier (restaurant experience preferred)
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer skills / POS system knowledge
• Trustworthy and detail-oriented
• Presentable appearance
• Ability to work flexible shifts
