We are looking for reliable, friendly, and motivated Cashiers to join our team at our brand-new smoke shop location. As a cashier, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner
• Accurately operate the POS system and handle cash, debit, and credit transactions
• Verify customer age and ensure compliance with tobacco and vape regulations
• Maintain knowledge of store products, including tobacco, vape, CBD, and accessories
• Assist customers with product questions and recommendations
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
• Restock shelves and assist with inventory management
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned
• Handle returns and exchanges professionally

Requirements

• Previous cashier or retail experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
• Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a smoke shop retail environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must be 21 years or older (per product regulations)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
