Cashier

Oven n Grill is a dynamic, fast-paced dining destination known for its quality food and exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a dedicated, friendly, and service-oriented Cashier to be a part of our front-of-house team.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism to create a positive first impression.
• Accurately process customer orders and payments (cash, card, and digital methods) using the POS system.
• Manage and balance the cash drawer at the start and end of your shift.
• Address customer queries related to menu items, pricing, and promotions.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter.
• Handle customer concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to perform well in a high-pressure, team-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of computers and POS systems.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: Up to Rs40,000.00 per month
