Data Entry Operator / Cashier

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator / Cashier to manage cash transactions and maintain accurate records within our company database and computer systems. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in data entry and basic cashiering, along with strong organizational and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases
  • Handle daily cash transactions, including receiving payments and issuing receipts
  • Maintain proper records of cash flow and reconcile discrepancies
  • Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and document management
  • Ensure data confidentiality and security at all times
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers

Requirements:

  • Intermediate level experience as a Data Entry Operator, Cashier, or Office Clerk
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data management tools
  • Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures
  • Experience handling office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic accounting or cash handling experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience Level:
Intermediate or above
