Cashier

We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented Cashier Phillipinne preferred to join our Lebanese store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions, maintaining a clean and organized checkout area, and delivering excellent customer service in a culturally rich environment that offers traditional Lebanese goods and foods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with purchases.
• Operate the cash register, handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and issue receipts.
• Ensure pricing is accurate and handle returns or exchanges according to store policy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.
• Answer customer questions regarding products, particularly Lebanese goods such as spices, sweets, produce, and specialty items.
• Assist in bagging items and providing carry-out service if needed.
• Restock shelves near the cashier area and monitor product display quality.
• Communicate effectively with other team members and management.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous cashier or retail experience.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Philipinne are most preferred.
