Job Overview


Deep Green is seeking a diligent and customer-focused Cashier to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States. This is a Full-Time position within our dynamic construction company. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing all transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. We are looking for an individual with excellent numerical skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. The hourly pay for this role is $19.99 - $25.59 USD.


Responsibilities


* Manage all transactions with customers and suppliers accurately and efficiently.

* Process payments in various forms, including cash, credit cards, and electronic transfers.

* Issue correct receipts, refunds, or change due to customers.

* Reconcile cash drawers and sales reports at the beginning and end of each shift.

* Greet clients and visitors, and answer any queries they may have regarding payments or services.

* Maintain a clean, organised, and professional checkout area.

* Collaborate with the administrative and finance teams to ensure all financial records are accurate.

* Adhere to all company policies, particularly those related to financial handling and security.


Qualifications


* Proven experience in a cashier or similar customer-facing role.

* Familiarity with electronic equipment, such as cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Excellent mathematical abilities and a high degree of attention to detail.

* A professional and courteous demeanour.

* Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.

* High school diploma or equivalent is required.

* A high level of integrity and trustworthiness.
