Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly greetings to all customers, creating encore experiences
• Explain menu items and answer customer questions with enthusiasm
• Accurately take and relay customer orders to the kitchen staff
• Operate cash register, handle payments, and manage cash receipts responsibly
• Present orders properly packaged with all necessary accompaniments and utensils
• Suggest additional menu items to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction

Support and Maintenance Duties

• Count change bank at shift start and stock supplies such as paper goods and condiments
• Prep drinks and assist with kitchen prep, including sauces, salads, and produce
• Clean all customer areas to maintain a welcoming environment
• Report any equipment issues or inventory needs to management promptly
• Handle trash removal and ensure proper waste disposal

Qualifications and Work Environment

• High school degree or equivalent
• Ability to work night shifts on-site with a flexible schedule
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude
• Reliable team player eager to learn and grow in the food & beverage industry
