Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Handling & Transactions: Process sales, returns, and exchanges using POS systems, accept various payments (cash, card), provide correct change, and issue receipts.
  • Financial Reconciliation: Balance cash drawers daily, log transactions, prepare reports (e.g., sales, deposits), and handle petty cash.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, answer product/service inquiries, resolve complaints, provide recommendations, and maintain a clean checkout area.
  • Administrative Tasks: Sort mail, manage databases, prepare invoices, process orders, perform data entry, and support general office functions.
  • Inventory & Merchandising: Assist with stocking, rotating merchandise, and staying updated on promotions.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
