Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier Cum Barman to manage billing operations and prepare beverages efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong cash-handling skills, beverage knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Cashier Duties:

• Handle all cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
• Generate bills and ensure correct pricing and discounts.
• Maintain daily sales records and prepare shift closing reports.
• Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Coordinate with accounts and management for daily revenue submission.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar counter and equipment.
• Ensure proper stock management and report low inventory.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and UAE municipality regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a cashier and/or barman in a hotel, restaurant, or bar.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems.
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic cocktail preparation.
• Familiarity with inventory control procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
