Kids HQ Arcade / Fipped Park is looking to hire a Cashier cum Sales for one of our branch located in Mannar Mall, Ras Al Khaimah - UAE

Position : Cashier cum Sales

Location : Mannar Mall, Ras Al Khaimah - UAE

Salary : 2500 - 300 AED

Experience: 2-3 years in entertainment side

Job Duties:

1. Reception & Customer Service:

 Greet and welcome walk-in customers with a friendly and professional attitude.

 Upselling on regular basis.

 Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception & Cafe area at all times.

2. Inventory Management:

 Maintain accurate records of stock levels (raw materials, disposables, beverages, etc.).

 Coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking.

 Conduct daily and weekly inventory checks and report shortages or discrepancies.

3. Cash & Billing Handling:

 Manage the POS (Point of Sale) system for order processing and billing.

 Handle cash, card payments, and end-of-day cash reconciliation.

 Prepare and maintain daily sales and expense reports.

4. Daily Reports & Documentation:

 Maintain receptionist reports including footfall, order trends, customer feedback, etc.

 Compile inventory usage, wastage, and restocking needs in coordination with the

chef.

 Submit daily operational summary reports to the management.

5. Assisting Chef in Operations:

 Support the chef with prep work during rush hours (serving, plating, etc.).

 Assist in organizing kitchen supplies and cleanliness.

 Communicate between kitchen and reception for smooth order delivery.
