Cashier cum Waitress

Key Responsibilities

As a Waitress:

  • Greet and assist guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Present menus and provide detailed knowledge of French cuisine and beverages
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders
  • Serve food and drinks according to five-star service standards
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service

As a Cashier:

  • Handle billing and payment transactions accurately
  • Operate POS system efficiently
  • Process cash, card, and digital payments
  • Balance cash drawer at the end of shift
  • Issue receipts and maintain financial accuracy
  • Handle guest inquiries regarding bills professionally

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fine / casual dining.
  • Experience handling POS systems
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong communication and up-selling skills
  • Well-groomed with professional appearance
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong numerical and cash-handling skills
