
Key Responsibilities
As a Waitress:
- Greet and assist guests in a warm and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed knowledge of French cuisine and beverages
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks according to five-star service standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service
As a Cashier:
- Handle billing and payment transactions accurately
- Operate POS system efficiently
- Process cash, card, and digital payments
- Balance cash drawer at the end of shift
- Issue receipts and maintain financial accuracy
- Handle guest inquiries regarding bills professionally
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fine / casual dining.
- Experience handling POS systems
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong communication and up-selling skills
- Well-groomed with professional appearance
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong numerical and cash-handling skills
