Cashier cum Waitress

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Cashier cum Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling cashier duties efficiently while providing excellent food and beverage service to guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide a positive dining experience.
• Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Operate the cash register and process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions.
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate billing records.
• Assist customers with menu inquiries and recommendations.
• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and properly set up.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience as a Cashier, Waitress, or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
