Cashier - Female

Our company is looking for a CASHIER who will be responsible for receiving payments for goods, services, to receive and pay out money in our store.

Key Responsibilities

• Taking customer Feedback and informing outlet manager.
• Packing the products in a disciplined manner i.e. segregating Food, Non Food and Frozen products.
• Ensuring scanning of every product with specific barcodes after individually punching the products.
• Ensuring accurate and fast billing and keeping copies for void/refunds and recharge cards.
• Ensuring handing over the bill every time to the customer.
• Ensuring the counter cleaning and hygiene.
• Maintaining the positive attitude and greeting the customer every time.
• Should be presentable, smiling, and receptive.
• Receiving and processing payments in cash, credit card, debit card or other form of payment.
• Assisting customers with problems in a polite and professional manner
• Keeping the checkout area tidy.
• Counting the cash in the register at the end of shift and ensuring it matches with the amount recorded by the system.
• Performing routine cash register / checkout duties without supervision.
• Make change accurately and efficiently.
• Issue receipts to customers.
• Deal with returns and refunds as necessary.
• Help with other tasks as needed including managing shelves, tracking inventory, and keeping the store clean.
