Profile Summary

Enthusiastic and customer-focused Cashier with 3 years of retail and cashiering experience , preferably in HORECA and specialty shops. Known for maintaining an excellent professional appearance, delivering warm customer service, and ensuring smooth sales transactions. Skilled in handling cash, POS systems, and assisting customers with product selection in a welcoming and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide a delightful shopping experience.
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately through POS systems.
• Assist in chocolate selection by offering product knowledge and pairing suggestions.
• Maintain shop cleanliness, product displays, and an elegant presentation of goods.
• Balance the cash register and prepare daily sales reports.
• Manage stock at the cashier counter (e.g., bags, gift wrapping, and small add-ons).
• Uphold high standards of personal grooming and professional presentation.
• Support shop team with occasional packing, gift wrapping, and restocking.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent grooming and professional presentation.
• Fast and accurate cash handling.
• Ability to work under pressure in busy periods.
• Knowledge of chocolates, confectionery, or luxury retail (advantageous).
• Customers Service policy oriented

Experience

• 3 years as a Cashier in retail / specialty store environments.
• Proven record of customer satisfaction and efficient transaction handling.
