Cashier

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions accurately, providing excellent customer service, and supporting daily restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Process cash, credit/debit card, and digital payment transactions accurately.
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Handle customer inquiries related to billing and payments.
• Operate the POS system efficiently and accurately.
• Reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station.
• Follow company policies, cash handling procedures, and service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, or Customer Service Representative is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer applications.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good mathematical and cash-handling abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• English communication skills required; Arabic is an advantage.
