Cashier (Patient's Accounts Billing)

At OMI, we are seeking a Cashier to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring smooth billing operations, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle patient billing and cash collection accurately.
• Manage daily cash transactions and prepare cash reports.
• Ensure proper issuance of receipts and maintain financial records.
• Coordinate with accounts and relevant departments for reconciliation.
• Provide financial counselling for hospital admission and courteous assistance to patients and their attendants.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce/Finance.
• Atleast 4 years of experience as a Cashier, preferably in a hospital/healthcare setup.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with hospital billing software will be an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
