Job Location : - Qatar
Job Objective
To deliver a high standard of customer service at the service station by ensuring smooth cash handling, maintaining store presentation, and providing a welcoming and efficient shopping experience. The role focuses on ensuring the convenience store (C-Store) is fully stocked, visually appealing, and operated in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities1. C-Store Operations
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Monitor product availability and replenish shelves to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Assist customers with purchases, product inquiries, and overall shopping experience.
- Support promotional activities and merchandising displays to maximize sales.
2. Cash Handling & Transactions
- Accurately handle cash, card payments, and other transaction methods.
- Maintain proper cash register operations and ensure reconciliation at the end of shifts.
- Minimize discrepancies by following standard cash handling procedures.
3. Customer Service
- Greet customers professionally and provide prompt, courteous assistance.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
- Ensure a positive and consistent customer experience at all times.
4. Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE)
- Comply with all company QHSE policies and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the store.
- Report any safety hazards or incidents promptly.
5. Policies, Systems & Procedures
- Adhere to company policies, operational procedures, and guidelines.
- Use basic computer systems for billing, stock updates, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and audit requirements.
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales, stock movements, and transactions.
- Assist in preparing routine reports as required by management.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role within retail, convenience stores, or service station operations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs425,000.00 per month
