Salesman:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with bakery product selections
- Provide information on ingredients, freshness, and product availability
- Ensure attractive display and cleanliness of the bakery counters
- Weigh, pack, and label bakery items accurately
- Handle billing and cash/card transactions
- Maintain hygiene standards and follow food safety practices
Requirements:
- Minimum Matric / Intermediate qualification
- Experience in bakery or food retail preferred
- Knowledge of bakery items and customer service skills
- Pleasant personality with good communication
- Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holiday schedules
Cashier:
Responsibilities:
- Handle cash/card transactions with customers
- Scan goods and collect payments
- Ensure pricing is correct
- Issue change, receipts, refunds, or tickets
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
- Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Bag items carefully
- Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Takes orders from customers by telephone or in person and assists them with menu and beverage selections
- Provides detailed knowledge of menu items and special.
- Uses suggestive selling techniques to meet customer needs and build department sales
- Merchandises product effectively
- Compliance with departmental SOPS and store operating procedures
- Processes cash, check, debit and credit transactions accurately and quickly.
Requirements:
- Should have 1 to 2 years of cashier/ order taking experience.
- Minimum Intermediate.
- Must be comfortable in rotational shift.
- Must have own conveyance
Pizza Staff
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble pizzas & salad according to standard recipes and portion sizes.
- Handle dough preparation, rolling, topping, baking, and slicing.
- Set up and maintain the salad bar area, ensuring all ingredients are fresh, hygienically displayed, and properly labeled.
- Chop, slice, and portion vegetables, fruits, dressings, and toppings for daily salad bar requirements.
- Refill pizza toppings, sauces, and salad bar items regularly to meet customer demand during operating hours.
- Ensure correct use and cleanliness of pizza ovens, pans, and related tools.
- Maintain ingredient stock levels (sauces, cheese, vegetables, meat, etc.) and inform kitchen in-charge of shortages.
- Follow hygiene and safety standards while handling raw and cooked products.
- Maintain quality, taste, and presentation consistency for all pizza items.
- Assist with preparation for peak hours, special days (e.g., weekends, Ramzan), and bulk orders.
- Label and store leftover ingredients properly to avoid waste.
- Support the kitchen team with other fast food items (e.g., pasta, garlic bread) as required.
- Keep the workstation clean and organized throughout the shift.
- Assist in frying & maintain the frying area SOPs.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support the department’s objectives and overall business goals.
Qualification:
- Minimum Matric
- Able to read the order
- Has hands on experience of pizza making
- Can join immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs27,000.00 - Rs28,000.00 per month
