Cashier Supervisor

• Preparing, tracking, and updating daily and periodic reports including productivity, attendance, terminal closing, and Front-End performance statistics.

• Ensuring accurate monitoring and strict control of till balances at all times.

• Verifying cash handling procedures to maintain accuracy and compliance.

• Managing and safeguarding cash register keys and other security controls related to products such as apparel, liquor, records, and similar items.

• Supporting operational accuracy by identifying and reporting discrepancies in reports or cash handling.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (graduates will be preferred).

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within a retail sales environment.

• Strong customer service mindset with a positive and professional attitude.

• Excellent numerical and mathematical skills with high attention to detail.
