Cashier (Temporary/Event Support)

Doha, Qatar

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Cashiers to join our team for a one-day hospitality event. The ideal candidate will handle all cash and electronic transactions efficiently, provide excellent customer service, and ensure smooth financial operations throughout the event.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process cash, credit, and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Issue receipts and provide correct change to customers.
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of the event.
  • Assist guests with payment queries and provide prompt, professional service.
  • Coordinate with event staff to ensure seamless transaction flow.
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a cashier, preferably in the hospitality or events.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
