Cashier / Waiter - Hospitality (Riyadh)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Saudi national to join our team as a Cashier/Waiter. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service delivery.
• Handle customer transactions efficiently — manage cash, POS system, and credit card payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and cashier station.
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Saudi Nationality (Mandatory).
• Previous experience in hospitality or F&B industry (restaurants, cafés, or hotels) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and customer-service orientation.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
