Cashier/Barista

Job Summary
Tous Les Jours is a French-Asian inspired bakery café with over 110 locations across the United States and 1,700+ worldwide. We bake everything fresh in-store every day — artisan breads, pastries, fresh cream cakes, and handcrafted beverages made with premium ingredients.

We’re looking for a Cashier/Barista to be the face of our café. You’ll make handcrafted espresso drinks, blended beverages, teas, and specialty drinks while providing warm, genuine customer service to every guest who walks through the door. This isn’t just a coffee job — you’re working in a bakery café surrounded by beautiful pastries and cakes. You’ll help customers navigate the menu, keep the front of house looking great, and create an experience that keeps people coming back.

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso drinks, blended beverages, teas, and specialty drinks to TLJ standards.
• Operate the register, process transactions, and handle cash accurately.
• Greet every customer warmly and help them find what they’ll love — drinks and baked goods.
• Maintain a clean, organized front of house: beverage station, display cases, seating area, and restrooms.
• Restock pastry and bread displays throughout the day.
• Handle customer complaints with grace — remake drinks, resolve issues, make it right.

Skills

• Barista or café experience preferred but not required — we’ll train the right personality.
• Warm, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys interacting with people.
• Natural hustle — you stay busy even when there’s no line.
• Comfortable multitasking: drinks, register, restocking, and customer questions all at once.
• Available for morning shifts and weekends — that’s when we need you most.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
