Cashier/Barista

Whether taking orders at the register or preparing tea drinks behind the counter, you’ll play a vital part in fostering a lively, positive environment that keeps guests coming back.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming environment.
• Assists customers with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Prepare and serve high-quality drinks, teas, and specialty beverages following standard recipes
• Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers quickly during busy periods without sacrificing quality or service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the teas and counter area, including food handling and food preparation tasks in accordance with safety protocols.
• Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Experience

• Prior barista experience or industry knowledge is highly preferred but not required
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced retail or food service settings.
• Excellent communication skills combined with a positive attitude to engage customers and team members alike.

Pay: $19.50 - $23.00 per hour
