• Customer Service Associate / Drive-Thru Associate (Cashier front counter)

The Role of a quick service Restaurant, Cashier and drive thru order taker involves several key responsibilities and skills

Greet customers with a smile and friendly attitude at counter or Drive-thru , Always say Thank you !!

• Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring all customizations are noted accurately and quickly
• Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments, providing change and receipts as needed.
• Assist with processing online and delivery orders.

Assist and help Drive – thru, or counter when needed

• Provide information on menu items, ingredients, and promotions to customers.

Offer Menu Suggestions or upsell items like meal upgrades, desserts, or promotion

• Ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillment by coordinating with the kitchen staff.
• Resolve customer complaints or refer to management if necessary.
• Assist in assembling and bagging food orders and take out.

• Maintain a clean and organized front counter, including the cashier station and lobby and drive thru window

Wipe and clear tables and chairs and windows in lobby when needed or as directed by Manager,

• Restock supplies such as napkins, straws, and condiments. Drinks and desserts as needed
• Help with occasional food prep or cleaning duties as assigned.by Manager

Multi -Task between taking orders , handling payments ,and assisting in other areas when need or as specified by manager

• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the company’s dress code.

Qualifications:

• Previous cashier or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling money and giving accurate change.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift light items (up to 20 lbs).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.38 - $12.00 per hour
