Cashier/Customer Service

Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Cashier/Customer Service Associate to join our fast-casual restaurant team. This role includes taking orders, serving food, and keeping the dining area clean while providing excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and process payments accurately using POS
• Greet guests, answer questions, and provide menu guidance
• Serve food to tables and clear/clean dining areas
• Package takeout orders and help run food during busy times
• Restock guest items (condiments, utensils, beverages, etc.)
• Assist with light food prep and maintain cleanliness
• Handle phone orders and general inquiries

Qualifications

• Restaurant or customer service experience preferred
• Friendly, positive attitude with good communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills; bilingual is a plus
• Team player with strong attention to detail
