Cashier/Customer Service

Small coffee shop looking for barista with minimum 1 year coffee making experience.

-Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service position

-Minimum 1 year coffee making experience, including dialing in espresso, milk frothing and latte art

-Passion for excellent customer service and coffee

-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

-High level of emotional intelligence with a positive outlook and good sense of humor

-Attention to detail and quality in both coffee making and customer relations

-Available weekdays and weekends, 25-30 hrs/week

-Starting pay is $16.00 hourly plus tips

New hires will be required to take the free coffee training course offered by our roaster, Counter Culture.
