Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their shopping or dining experience
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Manage food service customer orders, ensuring proper food handling, preparation support, and timely delivery
• Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and provide correct change with basic math accuracy
• Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the workspace
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and supporting kitchen cleanliness
• Upsell menu items or retail products to increase sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during food prep or service shifts
• Follow food safety management protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Support operating kitchen equipment and food handling procedures in accordance with sanitation standards

Skills

• Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong cashiering skills
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and register operations
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards in the food industry
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
• Experience in retail sales transactions, upselling techniques, and food service customer order management
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain sanitation standards
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and assist customers confidently
• Prior experience in serving or café environments is highly desirable
