Cashier/Customer Service/Server

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier/Server to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions accurately. Your ability to communicate effectively and create a welcoming environment will contribute to a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Pay Details

• Half day (4:45PM to 9:30PM): Starting at $80 up to a maximum of $100
• Full day (11:00AM to 9:00PM): Starting at $160 up to a maximum of $200

Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers and Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process customer transactions.
• Assist in packing to-go orders.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with accuracy and integrity.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their inquiries or concerns.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the store.
• Adhere to company policies regarding cash handling and customer service protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in cash register operation and familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
• Strong phone etiquette skills for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
