About the role:


HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY

  • Inspect bags and personal belongings of guests entering the pool area.
  • Maintains a neat and clean work area, but not limited to, arranging pool furniture, picking up used towels and cleaning the pool.
  • Cleans general DIVE pool areas and refills supplies (towels, soaps, etc) to provide convenient and courteous service.
  • Assist with checking in pool guests.
  • Employee will provide quick and friendly service to all customers.
  • May perform cash handling duties, including processing guest transactions for food and beverage purchases
  • Cleans check in area including counter tops, display shelves, tables, storage areas and lounge areas at assigned station.
  • Handles and solves any concerns and questions customers may have.
  • Performs all side work and stocking of supplies at assigned station.
  • Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to swim preferred. CPR training preferred.
  • Must be able to work in extreme heat and direct sunlight for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
  • Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
  • Must present a well-groomed appearance.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to work outside, in high degree weather, and maneuver throughout assigned station during entire shift.
  • Must be able to lift to 50 pounds and bend, pull, and carry stock to refrigerator and cabinets.
  • Must be able to use hand motion when cleaning and wiping counters.
  • Must possess the manual dexterity to complete required side work.
  • Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.


Pay: $19.00 per hour

Preference is given to qualified Rincon tribal members and members of other federally recognized tribes.
