Front Desk Cashier / Receptionist

We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Cashier/Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering outstanding customer experiences. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—both in person and over the phone—while also supporting daily financial and administrative operations.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and manage incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments

• Process payments (cash, checks, credit cards) accurately and efficiently

• Generate receipts, provide change, and maintain accurate transaction records

• Calculate customer bills using dealership systems

• Support basic accounting functions, including accounts receivable and payable tasks

• Handle customer questions or concerns with professionalism and escalate when needed

• Operate a multi-line phone system while minimizing wait times

• Assist managers with administrative and clerical tasks

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment

• Build familiarity with internal processes to ensure seamless customer support

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Positive attitude and professional demeanor

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting

• Basic accounting knowledge or willingness to learn

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferred)

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

• Professional appearance and strong attention to detail

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
