Role Overview:

The Cashier will be a key customer-facing role within Azizi’s Hospitality and F&B operations. This position is ideal for a Tagalog-speaking professional with prior cash handling or exchange experience , who can deliver accurate transactions and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role supports daily retail, F&B, and visitor-related transactions across Azizi Venice and associated venues.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Handling & Transactions

• Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately using POS systems.
• Handle currency exchange transactions where applicable, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation, opening and closing procedures.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges as per company policy.

Customer Service

• Provide friendly, professional service to guests and visitors.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with customers; Tagalog-speaking ability is essential .
• Address basic customer inquiries and escalate issues when required.

Operational Support

• Follow all cash-handling, financial control, and operational procedures.
• Assist with daily sales reports and transaction summaries.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.

General Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Support ad hoc operational tasks as required.

Skills & Experience:

• 2–4 years’ experience as a Cashier, Exchange Teller, or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Tagalog language proficiency (spoken) is required.
• Previous experience in exchange houses, retail cash handling, hospitality, or F&B preferred.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred:

• Experience in currency exchange or high-volume cash environments .
• Hospitality, retail, or mixed-use development experience.
• Knowledge of basic compliance and cash control procedures.
