Pay: $14–$18/hr + Uncapped Commission

Overview
Join Ad Boost as a Cashier/Sales Associate! You’ll bring energy, help boost sales, and ensure customers receive top‑notch service. In this role, you’ll lead a committed team and assist customers in finding the right wireless solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team to achieve — and surpass — sales targets
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure high store satisfaction
• Oversee store operations such as inventory, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures
• Train, mentor, and support team members to help them succeed
• Ensure the store remains well‑maintained and merchandised to standard
• Support community outreach and local marketing efforts
• Handle escalated customer issues professionally and with care

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Demonstrated experience in retail or sales management (experience in the wireless industry is a plus)
• Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational abilities
• Goal-driven, dependable, and professional attitude
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexible schedule — willing to work weekends and holidays
