Cashier/Sales Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking an outgoing, reliable, and knowledgeable Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As the face of our shop, you will help customers navigate our extensive selection of vape products, e-liquids, hardware, and smoke accessories. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide expert, personalized recommendations for vape devices, coils, and e-liquids.

Sales & Education: Drive sales by demonstrating product features, explaining the differences between products, and upselling complementary items.

Compliance: Strictly enforce age-verification procedures (checking IDs) to comply with local and federal laws.

Cash Handling: Accurately operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, process cash/card transactions, and manage the drawer.

Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked. Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting shelves and mopping.

Inventory Management: Receive inventory, restock shelves, and report low-stock items to management.

Qualifications:

Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age (or 21, depending on local laws).

Experience: 1+ year of retail sales experience preferred.

Knowledge: Previous experience with vape products, mods, disposables, and glass is a major plus.

Skills: Strong communication skills, basic math skills, and a positive attitude.

Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
