Cashier/Sales Associate

Customer Service:

• Greet and assist customers: "Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and recommending products".
• Handle customer interactions: "Address customer concerns and resolved issues with professionalism and courtesy".
• Product knowledge: "Maintain a strong understanding of various tobacco, vape, and smoking accessories to effectively advise customers".

Sales and Transactions:

• Operate POS systems: "Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS software".
• Cash handling: "Manage cash registers, handle cash and credit transactions, and balance cash drawers".
• Sales and upselling: "Promote products and services”

Inventory and Store Maintenance:

• Restocking and merchandising: "Assist in stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a tidy sales floor".
• Inventory management: "Monitor inventory levels, communicate with management about restocking needs, and help with inventory control".
• Maintain cleanliness: "Ensure the shop is clean and organized, including cleaning and restocking shelves".

Compliance and Regulations:

• Age verification: "Verify customer age for tobacco and vape product purchases".
• Follow regulations: "Adhere to all applicable laws, policies, and procedures related to tobacco and vape product sales".
