Join our vibrant team as a Cashier/Server and become a key player in delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences! This energetic role combines the fast-paced excitement of food service with the precision of cashiering, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and satisfied. Whether taking orders, handling transactions, or assisting in food preparation, you’ll be at the heart of creating memorable moments for our customers. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
  • Process cash, credit, and mobile payments efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and retail math.
  • Assist with food preparation, food handling, and basic kitchen tasks to support smooth restaurant operations.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through effective suggestive selling techniques.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring food safety compliance.
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve guests promptly while balancing cashier duties.
  • Support food industry best practices by adhering to sanitation guidelines and proper food handling procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service, quick service & fast food restaurant, or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; training will be provided if needed.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that makes guests feel welcome.
  • Ability to handle cash accurately, perform basic math calculations swiftly, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
