Cashier/Service Crew

Job Summary:

We are looking for a presentable, and customer-focused Cashier/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer orders, process payments, and ensure excellent service standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Cashier Duties:

• Operate POS system and handle cash/card payments accurately
• Issue receipts and manage daily cash closing
• Ensure proper billing and order accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness of cashier counter area

Waitress Duties:

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner
• Take orders accurately and communicate with kitchen staff
• Serve food and beverages efficiently
• Ensure tables and dining area are clean and organized
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely

Requirements:

• Previous experience in restaurant or F&B industry preferred
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
