JOB SUMMARY

Bring the energy as a Casino Bartender, delivering fast, flawless service in a fun and high-energy environment. You’ll mix drinks with precision, keep the bar running smoothly, and create an exciting guest experience every shift. HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY

  • Creates and ensures a fun-filled and exciting environment where the execution of “Fast and Flawless” guest service is paramount.
  • Stock bar, mix and prepare drink orders for guests as well as servers in a fast and professional manner.
  • Exhibits friendly and positive work attitude at all times.
  • Ensuring food products are of high standards in freshness and appearance, replenishes if needed.
  • Follow proper procedures in food sanitation.
  • Store and maintain all equipment in proper fashion.
  • Operate the cash register according to cash handling guidelines.
  • Respond to guest’s requests and questions.
  • Maintain clean working bars in accordance with Health Department standards.
  • Follow safety rules and keep work area clean and orderly.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Harrah’s and encourages others to do the same.
  • Adheres to all regulatory, company and departmental policies and procedures

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Proficient in English verbal and written
  • Proficient with iOS devices
  • Must be flexible in schedule to include over-nights, holidays, and weekends.
  • Requires knowledge of operating a point of sale system and maintaining inventories.
  • Neat and clean appearance.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Position requires 10% standing, 90% walking.
  • Requires very frequent lifting, bending, pushing, twisting, kneeling, climbing, stooping and reaching overhead.
  • Must be able to work in areas containing secondary smoke.
  • Must be able to respond to touch, speech, smell, aural and visual cues.
  • Must be able to exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 10 (ten) hours in length.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment involving constant internal and external customer contact.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $11.00 per hour.
