Casual Dine-in Area Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of multiple casual dine‑in restaurant branches.
• Ensure consistent food quality, service standards, and overall customer experience.
• Supervise and mentor Restaurant Managers and frontline staff.
• Conduct regular branch visits to monitor performance and operational compliance.
• Review daily sales, expenditures, and inventory usage for all locations.
• Implement strategies to increase sales, reduce costs, and improve profitability.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure all branches comply with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
• Plan staff schedules in coordination with Restaurant Managers to maintain adequate coverage.
• Coordinate with Marketing for promotions, campaigns, and seasonal offers.
• Conduct performance evaluations for branch managers and recommend training.
• Monitor stock levels, approve purchase requests, and minimize wastage.
• Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, dining areas, and overall facility upkeep.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports for senior management regarding performance and KPIs.
• Train teams on operational standards, service procedures, and company expectations.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a CDR Area Manager or similar role within GCC.
• Strong knowledge of CDR operations and multi-unit management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence and achieve business targets.
• Familiarity with POS systems and operational reporting tools.
• Ability to manage large teams and multiple locations effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
