Catalog Analyst

Description:

POSITION SUMMARY
This individual is responsible for providing support to the catalog department through creation of product interchanges, application research, and updating catalog data within internal and customer systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of competitive interchanges across multiple categories
• Conduct application and vehicle data research utilizing both OE data and competitive information
• Maintain catalog and product information within internal systems and customer portals
• Assist both catalog and product managers with product research projects
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency within research
• Identify competitive gaps through research
• Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as directed by management

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, & Skills Required)

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience
• 2+ years of experience within an automotive cataloging or product role is preferred
• While not required, basic knowledge of ACES/PIES is preferred
• Basic automotive knowledge is ideal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
• Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and thoroughness in work
• Displays diligence in completing tasks promptly, utilizing effective time management skills
