Key Responsibilities
- Create, upload, and maintain product listings (titles, descriptions, images, specs, pricing).
- Ensure data accuracy across categories (SKU, attributes, variants, inventory).
- Coordinate with vendors, merchandising, and supply chain teams for product details.
- Optimize product content for SEO and conversion (keywords, bullets, rich content).
- Manage category mapping, filters, and attributes to improve navigation.
- Monitor catalog quality KPIs (missing content, errors, suppression issues).
- Handle bulk uploads and updates using catalog tools or Excel/CSV.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace/e-commerce guidelines.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and data management.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, etc.).
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital merchandising.
- Ability to manage large datasets and meet deadlines.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
Typical Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, IT, or related field).
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, catalog management, or merchandising.
