- Fresh graduate or up to 1–2 years of experience
- Basic understanding of data handling, spreadsheets, and online tools

- Assist in managing product catalogs across different portals
- Handle data entry, data cleanup, and file organization
- Support RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) order processing
- Track order details and update internal systems regularly
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, or internal teams as needed

- Strong attention to detail
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce portals
- Good communication and documentation skills
