Catalogue Management Executive

Overview:

We are looking for a Catalogue Management Executive to manage and optimize product catalogues across platforms. You will ensure product data accuracy, competitive pricing, and catalogue relevance - working closely with pricing and data teams to drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain product catalogues with accurate, up-to-date content

· Collect and validate product data (descriptions, specs, pricing, stock, imagery, UNSPSC codes)

· Ensure proper product categorization and compliance with data standards

· Coordinate with pricing teams to align on schedules and deliverables

· Monitor and improve data quality, pricing accuracy, and stock availability

· Identify and onboard new products based on market trends and customer needs

· Recommend and implement workflow and catalogue content improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT
• 3+ years in e-commerce or product data management
• Proficient in Excel is must; analytical skills are mandatory
