Profile Overview:
This is a high-impact role where you'll work directly with the Growth/Product Teams to identify opportunities, design experiments, track metrics, and influence the product roadmap for your category.
Growth Prospects:
Annual CTC - ₹ 7 to 9 LPA

What we are looking for:
Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify trends, anomalies, and drop-offs through deep-dive analyses to diagnose issues and drive data-backed improvements

Own end-to-end analytics for assigned product category and maintain dashboards tracking key metrics: GMV, conversion rates, booking volumes, agent activity, retention cohorts, AOV, etc.

Use data to understand what can drive growth and improvement in the assigned category.

Design A/B tests and experiments to validate growth levers and analyze experiment results and provide clear recommendations on scale/kill decisions

Work closely with Product and Growth teams to help decide what should be built next.

Share insights and recommendations clearly with product, tech, business, and operations teams.

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, sales, operations, and finance teams and help business teams understand product performance through data and drive growth.

Not comfortable with long working hours i.e. 10 - 12 hours daily
Not excited about working on Saturdays (6 days a week)
The Recruitment Process:
1. Aptitude Test: The first step of the recruitment process is a basic 50-minute aptitude test.
2. Group Discussion: If you clear the Aptitude Test, the second step of the recruitment process would be a 20-30-minute group discussion round.
3. Personal Interviews: 2-3 video interviews. Detailed discussions about the job profile, company & candidature are discussed in these rounds.
4. Extending an offer: On successfully clearing the interview rounds, the job offer is extended to the candidate. This includes financial benefits and many other benefits.
Important Points:
Office Location- Connaught Place, Delhi
Work Timings - 9:30 till work gets over. You are considering joining a startup. Building anything of value takes time. The majority of our exits happen within the first 2 months of people joining because new joiners are not able to adjust to the high pace environment. You can expect 10-12 hours of work in a day!
