About the Role

As a Category Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our men’s wear collections. You’ll analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to help optimize product assortments, pricing strategies, and promotional performance. This is the perfect opportunity for a detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a passion for fashion retail and category growth.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze sales performance, consumer insights, and competitive trends within the men’s wear category.
• Support category planning by identifying assortment gaps, pricing opportunities, and promotional strategies.
• Partner with Merchandising, Design, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment between data insights and brand vision.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasting models to track KPIs.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to influence business decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in category analysis, merchandising, or retail analytics (fashion/apparel experience preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Passion for men’s fashion and consumer trends.
