Category Analyst – Retail Apparel

Role Overview

We are a growing apparel Retail Brand expanding nationwide and are looking for a Category Analyst to support data-driven decision-making, product performance optimization, and supply chain efficiency.

This role is suited for professionals who can translate sales and inventory data into actionable insights to improve product planning and business performance.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Sales & Data Analysis

• Analyze sales, inventory, and operational data to generate clear and actionable reports
• Evaluate historical trends to forecast demand and product performance
• Conduct product feasibility analysis and provide insights to support business decisions

Category & Product Management

• Manage product categorization and segmentation across retail outlets
• Identify fast-moving and slow-moving items and recommend improvements
• Support optimization of product mix to enhance overall sales performance

Inventory & Retail Operations

• Monitor sales and stock levels to ensure product availability and efficient flow
• Support inventory control and coordination with retail outlets
• Oversee alignment between stock levels, merchandising, and product display

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• 4–5 years’ experience in supply chain planning, replenishment, or retail category management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective coordination, planning, and communication abilities
