Category Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the back end of delivery platforms (3 brands): add, remove, or update products.
• Lead campaign coordination with delivery partners.
• Collaborate across departments for new product launches.
• Activate/deactivate branches or products as needed.
• Support the Operations Team in troubleshooting POS & delivery issues.
• Share performance reports and actionable insights.
• Assist in demand planning and inventory coordination.
• Support other tasks as assigned by the Commercial Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

• Tech-savvy with delivery platform experience.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel is a must).
• Tableau knowledge is a plus!
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a true team player.
• Problem-solver with a proactive attitude.Minimum 1 year F&B experience.
• Kuwait residency is a must.
