Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the back end of delivery platforms (3 brands): add, remove, or update products.
- Lead campaign coordination with delivery partners.
- Collaborate across departments for new product launches.
- Activate/deactivate branches or products as needed.
- Support the Operations Team in troubleshooting POS & delivery issues.
- Share performance reports and actionable insights.
- Assist in demand planning and inventory coordination.
- Support other tasks as assigned by the Commercial Manager.
What We’re Looking For:
- Tech-savvy with delivery platform experience.
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel is a must).
- Tableau knowledge is a plus!
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a true team player.
- Problem-solver with a proactive attitude.Minimum 1 year F&B experience.
- Kuwait residency is a must.
